TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Only individuals may be members of the Toast Club program.

A Member must be 18 years of age or older.

Membership applications shall be approved at the sole discretion of the Toast Club. An approved applicant will receive a Membership Card with its corresponding customer number. The applicant will be notified by email of Toast Club’s decision to reject an application.

The member must notify Toast Club immediately of any change of address and/or contact numbers. Toast Club shall not be responsible for failed communications due to lack of or ineffective advice.

Membership cards are not credit cards or charge cards, they are not transferrable, and remain the property of Toast Club.

No transaction shall be permitted by the Toast Club unless the Member presents his/her signed Membership Card. Toast Club reserves the right to require the Member to present a valid ID for every transaction.

Toast Club's record shall be deemed correct. Toast Club reserves the right to determine the membership status and the reward available to each Member.

For lost, stolen or damaged card, a replacement fee of P100 shall be charged to the cardholder. Faulty Membership cards issued by the Toast Club shall be replaced for free.

Membership can be revoked anytime. Any abuse, fraud, failure to comply with the terms and condition, or misrepresentation may be used as grounds to immediately revoke membership. Upon expiration or termination of membership, the card must be surrendered, or otherwise upon request of the Toast Club.

Toast Club reserves the right to cancel, modify, or restrict any aspect of the membership, program, and offer at any time without prior notice to its Members.

Members are subject to and are deemed to have accepted Toast Club’s Terms and Condition upon signing the application form.
